SDA - Swiss Divers Associations guarantee to offer our customers, only the best, unbiased options and advice. We are operating since 1999 of valuable experience, 

the operators we offer to you, our valued customers, are tried and tested by us. Safety standards, cleanliness and comfort, must all exceed our high standards before we will offer them through our company.

If you are PADI Certified we may lookup Online. 

Certifications Level
Open Water Divers - 18m / 60ft
Advanced Divers - 30m / 100ft
PADI Deep Diver - 40m / 130ft

*PADI Scuba Diver - 12m / 36ft and only with an Instructor or Divemaster

The use of drugs and alcohol before diving is prohibted.
You have to sign a liabilty release in our PADI 5 Star Resort before any activity. 

You not holding a certification or it may your first experience you are entering in our program for beginners. 

Restriction

Befor you attend to this program you need to sign a liabilty release and a medical statment. Be sure you are mental and phisicaly healthy.

Maximal depth for the 1st dive is not more than 5m / 15ft and the second dive can be up to 10m / 30ft.

Minimun Age: 10 years

*Important* plan this activity at least 18 hours before you are flying out. 

There are no age restriction for this activity. You need at least to sign a liabilty release before attend.

There are no restriction for this activity. If you can't swim ask for a life vest befor attend this activity. 

Please be sure that you can do an easy walk for a couple of hours. Good shoes are coming handy.

 

If you are intent coming by yourself please respect our departure times. If you don't have any transportation we are offering a free pickup from the Hotels along the Mainstreet "Costera" in Acapulco. Please inform us by e-mail info@swissdivers.com with your confirmation code and reservation date from your service and we can organize the transport for you. The transport is in the price of the service included.

You are able to cancel any reservation at least 24 hours before it start. Please informe us by e-mail info@swissdivers.com or by phone(+52 744 482 13 57) if you are not able to attend. You may postpone your trip to an other day. Ask us for availability. 

 

Refund
You get a 100% refund if the activty get canceled by the operator for any reason. If you can't attend the service or you are not show up on time, you will not get a refund.

If you cancel at least 2 weeks in advanced of the schedule depature, there is a 4% cancelation fee.

If you cancel between 3 and two weeks in advance of the schedule departure, there is a 8% cancelation fee.

If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the schedule departure, there is a 90% cancelation fee

 

We recommend that if you intend to go scuba diving, you make sure you have an insurance policy that covers this activity. There are several insurance companies to choose from. We recommend Divers Alert Network (DAN) a non-profit group run by scuba divers, for scuba divers.

Please see your Doctor if you are concerned about any medical conditions, or need information regarding vaccinations before coming to Mexico. You will be required to sign a Medical Liability Release Form given by your instructor before your PADI course commences. You can download the Medical Liability Release Form in PDF format from our website.
